All our scanning employees are held to an extremely high standard of quality. After the initial scanning of a project a team of quality control experts perform a page-by-page quality check. After this check, a random selection of the project is then QC'd by one of our production team members.

Any discrepancies are reported and corrected before being packaged for our clients. Our quality control software allows us to generate in-depth reports of mistakes made and which operator made the mistakes. We use this report to evaluate and train our scanning operators in an attempt to prevent repeated errors.

Optical Character Recognition:
OCR accuracy greatly depends on the type of documents being processed. Bad copies will greatly reduce OCR quality while crisp images can yield up to 100% accuracy. We can provide confidence reports on any data set, isolating images that our OCR engines could not read clearly.
